Dr. Ashley Worobec received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Calgary, where she competed for both the Dinos track & field and cross-country running teams. Following her love of sport and athletics, she moved across Canada to attend the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto and complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Dr. Worobec has special interests in sports injuries and pediatrics, and she is also Full Body Certified in ART® (Active Release Techniques), Graston ® technique, and Contemporary Medical acupuncture from McMaster University. She has remained actively involved in sport throughout her life, her primary passions being long-distance running and Crossfit. A former Boston marathoner, Dr. Worobec often runs the Chilly Half marathon and Around the Bay 30K, and has also ventured into the world of Crossfit competitions.
Dr. Worobec has lived in Burlington for more than ten years, and is actively involved in the community through many organizations like the Burlington Runner’s Club, Pearson Community Co-op Nursery School, and the Assumption and St. Christopher’s school communities. You can often find her and her family hiking Halton’s Conservation areas, at the driving range, or at local sporting events.
