Chronic musculoskeletal disorders are commonly seen by chiropractors. Exercise therapy is arguably one of the most effective tools utilized for the treatment of chronic conditions.
This systemic review, which used the Cochrane and GRADE system to evaluate 9081 potential studies, concluded that there was a significant short-term benefit for patients exercising into pain rather than pain free exercises for chronic pain of at least 3 months duration.
