Dr. Ashley Worobec received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Calgary, where she competed for both the U of C Dinos track & field and cross-country running teams. Following her love of sport and athletics, she moved across Canada to attend the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto and complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

Dr. Worobec has special interests in sports injuries and pediatrics, and she is also Full Body Certified in ART® (Active Release Techniques), Graston ® technique, Contemporary Medical acupuncture from McMaster University, and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). She has remained actively involved in sport throughout her life, her primary passions being long-distance running and Crossfit. A former Boston marathoner and recent New York marathoner, Dr. Worobec often runs the Chilly half marathon and Around the Bay 30K, and has also ventured into the world of Crossfit competitions. She is an examiner with the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board (CCEB), a writer for RockTape Canada, and a brand ambassador for Nuun Hydration and Endurance Tap.
