Kathy Stadelman

Client Experience Manager

Kathy is a Burlington resident who leads a busy home life with her husband and 3 daughters. She is active and loves to cook new and healthy meals for her family, always testing something new on them. Kathy has an extensive background in customer service and management in banking.

After taking some time off to raise her children she has come back to the workforce and joined the BSSC team. It has been a true pleasure; working with practitioners and patients, to ensure the patient experience is seamless and pleasant. Kathy works with the entire team to create a clinic atmosphere that is welcoming and professional but also light and energetic.

In her 'spare' time, Kathy has a small home baking business and works with a local rescue, fostering dogs.
